The room price is cheap, located in the center of Bangkok, easy to travel to other places. However, the electricity bill is quite expensive, although I use it moderately, when I receive the bill, I am overwhelmed. Moreover, this building is old, the facilities are starting to deteriorate. Consider these disadvantages if you intend to rent.
