During my time living here, I was extremely satisfied. From the service to the facilities here, everything created an extremely fun and memorable time. However, I fell into the abyss when checking out.

Based on my past experiences renting a 2-bedroom apartment, my electricity bills typically range from 4,000 to 5,000 baht per month. This is with minimal air conditioning usage during the day, and I live alone .

Considering this, I'm a bit apprehensive about Apartment B My Place. I've heard from friends and experienced individuals that electricity costs can be quite high here.

Furthermore, the move-out deductions seem excessive. While a 1,000 baht repair fee is understood, the 200 baht water fee and 1,500 baht air conditioner cleaning fee seem somewhat high. This means I will only receive 3,800 baht back from my deposit, which is concerning.

These concerns have made me hesitant about renting at Apartment B My Place. I've never encountered such high exit fees before.
