The Belgravia @Ratchada 17, is a pretty nice place to live in Bangkok! You can either rent a place there for between 5,600 and 14,000 baht a month, or you can actually buy one for 2,490,000 baht.

They're calling it "A Modern Luxury Style Condominium for the perfect City Life," which sounds fancy! Basically, they have all the good stuff: a swimming pool, a gym, security guards, cameras everywhere, key card access to get in, a shuttle bus, and even more like a fancy lobby, mailboxes, a studio you can use, a study room, a jacuzzi, and a rooftop garden!

The Belgravia @Ratchada 17 isn't a huge high-rise; it's got 8 floors and one basement, just one building, and it's on a piece of land that's about 3 ngan and 22 sq.w. (that's a Thai way of measuring land). It's a smallish building with only 121 apartments, so it's nice and quiet. You can choose from one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus, or two-bedroom places, and they range in size from about 27 to 39 square meters.
