2. Review:

My experience living at this condo complex was a mixed bag. While the exterior presented a very appealing appearance, upon closer inspection, some significant drawbacks became evident.

Parking woes: Finding a parking spot proves to be a constant challenge, regardless of whether I was a resident or a visitor. This issue persisted throughout the day and week, even for motorcycles. I often find parking myself at Kris 1 or 2 and enduring a somewhat lengthy walk to Kris 7. This inconvenience was particularly troublesome during the rainy season, often leaving me drenched.

Room disadvantaged: The room sizes felt rather small, and the existing furniture appeared outdated and worn. The sofa cushions, in particular, were heavily stained and uninviting, prompting me to opt for the floor as a seating option. While I understand this is the responsibility of individual owners, an upgrade in furniture would significantly enhance the living experience.

Less than welcoming staff: Interactions with the office staff were generally unfriendly. Despite justifying there for several months, I was often met with indifferent or even dismissive attitudes upon returning home. However, the security personnel were quite the opposite. They were always well-informed about the happenings within the complex, maintaining a watchful presence around the clock.

3. A few redeeming qualities:

The convenience of a 7-Eleven directly across the street and the presence of an excellent roti vendor nearby were definite highlights. These local amenities significantly enhanced my overall living experience.
